Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Lead and manage strategic partnerships and integrations within the Connected TV, data, and identity ecosystem.
  • Represent hirify.global in partner meetings and support sales opportunities with partner solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to prioritize and operationalize integrations.
  • Create and maintain partner-facing and internal documentation and enablement materials.
  • Manage partner operations, workflows, and issue resolution to ensure partner success.
  • Support partner health checks and long-term value creation.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • 3-5 years experience in client-facing, partner management, or customer success roles in CTV, ad-tech, programmatic, data/identity, or SaaS.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
  • Ability to manage complex workflows and competing priorities independently.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing and the evolving CTV ecosystem.
