TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop holistic business with agency partners and lead scalable agency development strategies.
  • Prospect and pitch to agency planners, buyers, and account leads to drive new acquisition and retention.
  • Manage agency relationships from early-stage prospecting through post-sales to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Create new business opportunities by evangelizing products, driving adoption, and developing case studies.
  • Deliver against revenue growth goals, maintain accurate pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships, advising on clients' digital strategy and hirify.global technology.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in the AdTech and Digital media industry, with expertise in online performance media or agency experience.
  • Strong ability to manage senior-level relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled storyteller with exceptional communication and presentation skills in conveying marketing opportunities.
  • Proven success in quota-carrying roles, consistently delivering revenue.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Native in Korean and Fluent in English is required.

  • Experience in Commerce or Brand verticals is highly preferred.
