What you will do

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to remove obstacles and align efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement through analysis, reporting, and best practice cultivation.
- Build repeatable sales assets and methodologies to scale large deal expertise.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Seoul, South Korea
- 18+ years of solution selling, consulting, or sales experience with large enterprise customers.
- Proven success in winning and managing multimillion-dollar accounts and deals.
- Experience leading sales teams to achieve sustainable high growth.
- Fluency in Korean and English languages.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel 40-60% for customer engagements.
