What you will do

  • Lead regional sales teams in executing sales cycles for strategic and complex opportunities.
  • Develop territory and account strategies to deliver customer value and meet business goals.
  • Engage with C-suite executives to negotiate and close multimillion-dollar deals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to remove obstacles and align efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement through analysis, reporting, and best practice cultivation.
  • Build repeatable sales assets and methodologies to scale large deal expertise.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Seoul, South Korea
  • 18+ years of solution selling, consulting, or sales experience with large enterprise customers.
  • Proven success in winning and managing multimillion-dollar accounts and deals.
  • Experience leading sales teams to achieve sustainable high growth.
  • Fluency in Korean and English languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 40-60% for customer engagements.
