What you will do

  • Own the full 360 sales process for SMB prospects to achieve revenue targets.
  • Source, qualify, and prioritise new opportunities through consistent outreach and strong discovery.
  • Deliver clear, value-led sales conversations demonstrating hirify.global's security and application performance improvements.
  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations to achieve customer and company goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Operations for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and a reliable weekly sales rhythm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least one year of B2B sales experience with proven success in new business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactive approach to outbound prospecting and pipeline building.
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC.
  • Solid organisation skills and confidence managing multiple deals.
  • Collaborative approach and comfort working with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Eligibility to work in South Korea.
