Senior Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (Fintech): Building and optimizing high-quality, scalable applications for a contact center platform with an accent on API and microservices development, cloud integration, and operational automation. Location: Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office in Merrimack, NH.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a software engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Java, React, Spring, SpringBoot, RESTful services, and API/micro-service development.
• Applied Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and utilized testing tools like JUnit, Bruno, and Postman.
• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues across the end-to-end technology stack.
• Expertise with software design, development, test, and operational automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and container-based deployment practices.
• Hands-on Azure / AWS experience or desire to build cloud experience.
• Working with Event Driven Architecture (Kafka, Webhooks).
