What you will do

• Shape the next-generation platform to be faster, scalable, and AI-ready.
• Partner with engineering and feature teams to simplify configuration and management through AI and automation.
• Drive collaboration across platform and feature teams to design reusable components.
• Translate complex technical challenges into clear platform outcomes and trade-offs.
• Collaborate on platform modernization with architecture and engineering teams.
• Manage cross-domain dependencies to ensure cohesive platform evolution.

Requirements

• Professional-level English required.
• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent analytical and systems thinking skills to structure ambiguous problems.
• Proven ability to engage with enterprise IT teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building or enabling AI/ML features.
• Exposure to knowledge base or content management systems.
• Experience using metrics/KPIs to guide platform evolution or troubleshooting.
