TL;DR

Sales Director (Fintech): Managing and developing sales for hirify.global’s financial products and services across Asia, focusing on consultative sales to existing clients with an accent on strategic planning, market analysis, opportunity qualification, and contract negotiation. Focus on becoming a trusted advisor to client decision-makers and driving revenue within the investment management industry.

Location: Hybrid work arrangement; employees are asked to work from the office two days each week. This role is for Asia, posted in Singapore.

What you will do

  • Fulfill new and additional revenue goals for licenses and services across Asia.
  • Qualify, develop, and manage all sales opportunities effectively through to closure.
  • Become a trusted advisor to client decision-makers by offering valuable insights.
  • Lead pricing and legal discussions, ensuring favorable outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve market position and customer focus.
  • Partner with Marketing and Inside Sales to discover opportunities and build a solid sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree and capacity to engage in solution-oriented discussions with senior leaders in the fund industry.
  • Demonstrated enterprise-level sales expertise and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders across various markets in the territory.
  • Capacity to deeply understand the business challenges hirify.global solutions address, with comfort in financial markets.
  • Proficient understanding of hirify.global’s offerings and ability to differentiate them in the market.
  • Experience leading the sales lifecycle, including accurate forecasting and Salesforce management.

  • Advanced degrees would be beneficial.

  • Attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills.
