What you will do

• Drive innovation by solving technical and operational challenges and delivering impactful agentic AI solutions.
• Transition AI/ML technologies and processes into working products, even with undefined or ambiguous requirements.
• Partner with Scale engineering and operations teams to build and deliver AI systems for government use cases in computer vision and generative AI.
• Lead a cross-functional team to exceed customer AI/ML objectives.
• Support and partner across B2B and B2G organizations to deliver layered defense for the United States.

Requirements

• An active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience leading teams or programs in industry or government.
• Basic understanding of ML operations processes.
• Proven track record of structured, analytics-driven problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
• 5+ years of professional experience, often in a customer-facing technical program management role.
• Proven track record in B2B or government client-facing roles and expanding client relationships.
• Prior experience leading engagements with government customers.
