What you will do

• Partner with regional Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to service business segments.
• Work with Engagement Managers to schedule and plan customer engagements.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by consistently providing exceptional service.
• Develop and leverage deep understanding of hirify.global Security Services offerings to assign resources effectively.
• Collaborate cross-regionally for optimized scheduling, delivery, and process fidelity.
• Develop and mentor team members, including CodeQL Engineers, to build strong team capabilities.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in technical consulting, software development, application security, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience leading customer projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic awareness of secure software development and hirify.global vocabulary.
• Must be able to work from Remote, United States.

Nice to have

• People management experience.
• Experience in technical consulting or working for a technology vendor in the DevOps, DevSecOps, or Developer AI industry.
• Experience helping solve hirify.global customer problems.
