TL;DR

Agent Success Manager (AI): Guiding enterprise customers through deployment, adoption, and value realization of AI agents with an accent on building strategic partnerships and influencing product strategy. Focus on co-piloting deployment journeys, continuous learning of product features and AI industry context, and identifying technical improvement opportunities.

Location: This is a fully in office role based in our San Francisco headquarters.

Salary: $160K-$220K OTE + equity

What you will do

  • Shape the Agent Success function and its operations.
  • Build meaningful and long-lasting partnerships with customers, acting as their strategic advisor.
  • Co-pilot customers through their deployment journey from scoping to full adoption.
  • Continuously learn product features, functionality, and wider AI industry context.
  • Communicate expertly with customer stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to identify technical improvement opportunities and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer facing experience in a technical and customer facing role in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience managing large customers and driving highly visible projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork skills.
  • Business understanding of GTM sales teams and processes.
  • Strong technical acumen and passion for the overall agent building process.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Agentic AI tool deployments in large organizations.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Support processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or similar fields.
