Focus on scaling processes, coaching high-performing teams, and managing complex multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced AI SaaS environment.

Location: Remote in Mexico or United States; Hybrid in New York City, Redwood City, or San Francisco

Salary: $160,000–$240,000 USD annually plus equity compensation

What you will do

  • Lead, hire, mentor, and grow a team of Delivery Operations Managers to execute data delivery projects.
  • Drive operational excellence through project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with research, engineering, GTM, and operations teams to unblock delivery challenges.
  • Optimize workflows, quality assurance, and pipeline monitoring processes.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable delivery plans and hold teams accountable for execution.
  • Report performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years in delivery operations or program management with 1–3 years people leadership experience
  • Strong leadership skills to coach and scale high-performing teams
  • Proven operational mindset with experience driving process improvements
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex challenges proactively
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth environments

Nice to have

  • Experience in data, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS environments
  • Exposure to customer-facing delivery or field operations
