What you will do
- Oversee and manage the hirify.global Platform Services team (Program Coordinators).
- Act as a primary point of support and escalation for your team.
- Coach team members for services delivery excellence.
- Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining and improving operations.
- Analyze and provide detailed insights about your team’s performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a manager, team lead, or senior-level individual contributor.
- Proven experience in successfully leading initiatives and teams.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in building reports and data storytelling.
- Understanding of how large retail and ecommerce marketing teams work.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk, Looker, and Catalyst.
