What you will do

• Interface directly with enterprise stakeholders to analyze workflows and synthesize insights into a sharp product vision.
• Rapidly iterate on ideas using "vibe coding" tools like Cursor and Claude Code to validate technical feasibility.
• Develop strategic playbooks for sales and marketing to highlight competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with solution consultants to guarantee that clients achieve transformative ROI.
• Coordinate between engineers, designers, and executives to keep all parties in sync.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of embeddings, prompt tuning, agents, tool calling, and MCP.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to independently test ideas and move fast.
• Excellent verbal and written Chinese and English proficiency.
• Ability to navigate both C-suite strategy sessions and backend architecture discussions.
• High degree of organization and the ability to maintain momentum when technical challenges arise.
