What you will do

• Improve model quality for interactive and agentive AI experiences.
• Lead data acquisition and generation efforts to meet model needs.
• Develop repeatable machine learning frameworks and pipelines.
• Evaluate models deployed in hirify.global products and Cloud API.
• Adapt state-of-the-art research to innovate and develop new AI solutions.
• Write efficient, extensible production-quality code and model pipelines.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Redmond, United States with hybrid work expectations
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience with machine learning, large language models, reinforcement learning, and production-quality Python coding.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred advanced degrees and extensive experience in ML, data science, or related fields.

Nice to have

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Human-Centered AI, or related fields.
• Experience fine-tuning models, data curation, and AI product development.
