What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end creation of proposals and RFx responses for IT and software development engagements.
• Synthesize diverse inputs from technical, delivery, and commercial teams into client-focused narratives.
• Write and refine executive summaries, delivery approaches, value propositions, and differentiators.
• Manage proposal schedules, stakeholder reviews, and final submissions to meet deadlines.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Sales Executives.
• Develop and maintain reusable proposal content and sales collateral.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT outsourcing, consulting, or professional services with hands-on involvement in developing proposals.
• Demonstrated experience writing and structuring proposals for software development or IT delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and delivery frameworks such as Agile and Scrum.
• Knowledge of engagement models and pricing structures including Time & Materials, Fixed-Price, and Managed Services.
• Outstanding English writing and communication skills for global audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Familiarity with UX/UI, AI, or digital transformation concepts.
