What you will do
- Define the acquisition strategy across all paid channels (Search, Social) and contribute to budget planning.
- Execute the strategy by steering the roadmap and managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on various advertising networks (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Define key performance indicators and analyze results on a daily basis.
- Manage tracking requirements to ensure the stability of data associated with campaigns.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of acquisition by working with the product, website, and sales teams.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in paid marketing, growth, or demand generation roles.
- Data-driven with strong analytics skills.
- Proficient in at least one advertising network (social or search).
- Experience using tracking and marketing tools.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Independent and proactive approach.
