What you will do
- Build and own the annual and quarterly field marketing plan for France aligned with sales pipeline targets.
- Manage third-party trade shows and partner events including negotiation, booth design, and on-site operations.
- Design and execute hirify.global-branded events and roadshows in key French cities with full logistics management.
- Develop digital campaigns to promote events and co-own webinar formats for the French market.
- Define and enforce lead capture and routing processes, collaborate with Sales Ops for pipeline attribution and ROI dashboards.
- Support internal company events to maintain culture and execution excellence.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Paris or able to work on-site with limited remote days
- 2–4 years experience in B2B event or field marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Proven track record managing events end-to-end with measurable business impact.
- Strong project management, budget control, and data-driven decision making.
- Fluent French and strong professional English.
- Comfortable with CRM and marketing tool stacks.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity or complex B2B sales environments.
- Experience running multi-city roadshows and partner-led events.
- Knowledge of Spanish or Italian languages.
