What you will do
- Develop and mentor a team of Growth Account Executives across Southern Europe and Emerging Markets.
- Build and manage sales pipelines to exceed revenue targets and establish sales territories and quotas.
- Strategize with sales representatives and meet prospects to close deals.
- Prepare the team for quarterly and half-yearly business reviews.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solution Engineers, R&D, and Customer Support teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years leading sales teams and 8 years direct sales experience
- Experience with complex sales cycles and strategic seven-figure deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with C-Level executives
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology and ROI/cost modeling
- Comfort working remotely with a global team
- English proficiency at least B2 level
Nice to have
- Technical background and familiarity with open-source software
- Multilingual skills in English, French, Spanish, and Italian
- Experience leading teams across multiple regions
