TL;DR

Location: Remote, based in Spain or Southern Europe region

Compensation: €262,750–€293,500 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and mentor a team of Growth Account Executives across Southern Europe and Emerging Markets.
  • Build and manage sales pipelines to exceed revenue targets and establish sales territories and quotas.
  • Strategize with sales representatives and meet prospects to close deals.
  • Prepare the team for quarterly and half-yearly business reviews.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Solution Engineers, R&D, and Customer Support teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years leading sales teams and 8 years direct sales experience
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and strategic seven-figure deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with C-Level executives
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology and ROI/cost modeling
  • Comfort working remotely with a global team
  • English proficiency at least B2 level

Nice to have

  • Technical background and familiarity with open-source software
  • Multilingual skills in English, French, Spanish, and Italian
  • Experience leading teams across multiple regions
