What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives focused on the DACH region.
- Drive sales efforts for performance and expenses features, managing sales-qualified deals.
- Develop and execute innovative account plans and sales strategies to exceed quotas.
- Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure team accountability.
- Foster a collaborative, motivated, and high-performing sales team environment.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain
- Native German speaker with excellent English (C1+) proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years closing B2B sales in SaaS or digital transformation environments.
- Experience leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong data analysis and commercial strategy skills.
