What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives focused on the DACH region.
  • Drive sales efforts for performance and expenses features, managing sales-qualified deals.
  • Develop and execute innovative account plans and sales strategies to exceed quotas.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure team accountability.
  • Foster a collaborative, motivated, and high-performing sales team environment.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain
  • Native German speaker with excellent English (C1+) proficiency.
  • Minimum 2 years closing B2B sales in SaaS or digital transformation environments.
  • Experience leading and managing a sales team.
  • Strong data analysis and commercial strategy skills.
  • Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
