What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and SDRs to achieve high performance and sales excellence.
  • Drive partner-led revenue by converting and closing partner-sourced opportunities with strategic partners like DATEV, Telekom, and Microsoft.
  • Manage pipeline and forecast accuracy using MEDDPICC qualification framework.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and alliances to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify and implement data-driven improvements to partner motions and sales processes.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain
  • 2+ years leading sales teams in B2B SaaS or partnership-driven environments.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong understanding of partner motions and co-selling, ideally with DACH ecosystem experience.
  • Native-level German and excellent English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HR, payroll, or accounting ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with DATEV or similar partner ecosystems.
