What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including B2B SaaS agreements and partnership contracts
• Provide strategic legal support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams to enable smooth deal cycles
• Advise on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and business initiatives
• Identify and manage legal risks with pragmatic, business-focused solutions
• Support global expansion through compliance and corporate structuring
• Develop and maintain legal playbooks, tools, and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

• Must be a US-qualified lawyer with at least 5 years post-qualification experience in commercial, IP/IT, or tech law
• Experience negotiating complex B2B agreements across borders and handling contracts outside primary jurisdiction
• Ability to provide practical, business-minded legal solutions and communicate complex concepts clearly
• Capable of working autonomously and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, hybrid environment managing multiple matters
