What you will do

• Conduct investigative reviews and analysis of transaction monitoring alerts and law enforcement referrals.
• Draft and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) based on investigation findings.
• Analyze transaction activity and KYC data to determine legitimacy of customer behavior.
• Document investigations with detailed written narratives and maintain compliance records.
• Collaborate with Financial Crime Risk Service line and Quality Assurance teams to ensure high standards.
• Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry standards in BSA/AML and OFAC compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, crypto, investigations, or compliance.
• Experience with SAR narrative drafting and filing.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to support a 24/7 operational environment.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, and Word.

Nice to have

• Professional AML or Fraud certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, CFE).
• Experience in project management, analytics, or vendor management.
• Advanced degree in business, finance, or customer experience.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Hummingbird, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
