What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists.
• Ensure operational excellence, monitor KPIs, and effectively manage complex customer escalations.
• Serve as the ultimate technical escalation point, staying current on hirify.global platform capabilities, AI advancements, and industry trends.
• Guide your team in assessing customer technical readiness, removing activation barriers, and developing standardized deployment methodologies.
• Drive customer adoption and success by building executive relationships within a defined customer portfolio.
• Partner closely with Sales, Account Success, and Product teams to activate and consume Agentforce, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in technical leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software companies, with a strong focus on customer-facing deployment or professional services.
• Deep understanding of AI, Agentforce, and hirify.global product offerings, with hands-on experience in hirify.global implementation and AI integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to change.
• Industry Experience: Public Sector.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform.
• Experience building and deploying Agentforce agents or Einstein Bots.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM integration, and AI governance practices.
• Relevant hirify.global certifications (Advanced Admin, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud).
