Location: Hybrid in London, UK (3 days a week in office)

Salary: £60,000–£75,000 base + OTE

What you will do

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, ensuring high delivery standards.
• Act as a technical consultant, understanding customer goals and delivering configurations for maximum business value.
• Shape datasets for hirify.global’s machine learning models in close collaboration with the data science team.
• Run projects with precision, prioritizing tasks to meet tight 28-day implementation timelines.
• Provide expert guidance on leveraging hirify.global’s features for forecasting and process automation.
• Collaborate with engineering to query, clean, and analyze customer datasets using SQL.
• Act as the customer’s voice, capturing feedback to shape hirify.global’s product roadmap.
• Support pre-sales engagements by demonstrating hirify.global’s technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills with expertise in complex joins, subqueries, and aggregations.
• Customer-facing excellence, translating technical detail into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Experience in data consulting, implementation, or customer engineering roles at a data-driven SaaS company.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for data, AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel with tight timelines.
• A detail-driven mindset, thriving on complex datasets and spotting anomalies.
