Location: This role is based onsite at one of hirify.global's Club locations across the UK, Europe, or USA.

What you will do

• Oversee successful delivery of client engagements and advocate for suitable delivery practices.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on optimal problem-solving and architectural approaches.
• Lead the professional growth of internal talent through structured programs, mentorship, and coaching.
• Collaborate with business development to qualify opportunities and maximize commercial value from client engagements.
• Champion and influence the delivery direction of engagements, remaining hands-on with development teams.
• Contribute and lead in the Tech and Organisation Strategy practice area, aligning club practices with company best practices.

Requirements

• Deep experience as a Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
• Ability to steer multiple squads or teams in complex product development environments.
• Experience managing Product Delivery Teams, working with software engineers, product analysts, and UX Designers.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and a methodical, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment, understanding supplier-client relationships.
