TL;DR

Associate (AI): Owning end-to-end project delivery and building strong customer relationships for AI transformation programmes in the UK Government and public sector with an accent on implementing bespoke AI solutions and conducting in-depth open-source analysis. Focus on translating complex operational requirements into clear user stories and collaborating with technical teams for seamless project execution.

Location: Hybrid (2 days in London office). Candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) and be willing to work on-site with Government clients from time to time.

What you will do

• Understand mission challenges and user needs with Government stakeholders.
• Manage individual work streams for successful AI solution implementation and delivery.
• Conduct in-depth open-source analysis to inform AI tool development.
• Design and test workflows that promote user-centric and effective decision-making.
• Translate complex operational requirements into clear user stories for delivery and engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment of technical solutions with customer needs.
• Contribute to internal thought leadership, strategy, and capability development across the team.

Requirements

• Possess exceptional intellectual ability, clear thinking, and strong judgment to apply to public sector innovation challenges.
• Demonstrate a clear interest or experience in the UK Government and public sector, whether through work, study, or research.
• Bring demonstrable knowledge and passion for AI and data science and its potential for positive transformation.
• Have strong analytical, communication, and written skills, especially in synthesizing complex or incomplete information.
• Understand Agile, iterative development, and continuous delivery methodologies.
• Be proactive, take strong initiative, and demonstrate ownership in solving a problem from start to finish.
