What you will do

• Moderate digital content including text, images, and videos to identify and filter harmful or inappropriate material.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address project-related requests and maintain communication.
• Audit and assess interactions, rating them based on severity and reporting trends for process improvements.
• Participate in feature testing and tool improvements to refine moderation practices.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accountability and responsibility.

Requirements

• Location: Mexico City, Mexico
• English: C1-C2 proficiency required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Emotional stability, self-awareness, and strong analytical skills to handle challenging content professionally.
• Optimism, stress resilience, and adaptability to changing circumstances.
