What you will do
- Moderate digital content including text, images, and videos to identify and filter harmful or inappropriate material.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address project-related requests and maintain communication.
- Audit and assess interactions, rating them based on severity and reporting trends for process improvements.
- Participate in feature testing and tool improvements to refine moderation practices.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accountability and responsibility.
Requirements
- Location: Mexico City, Mexico
- English: C1-C2 proficiency required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Emotional stability, self-awareness, and strong analytical skills to handle challenging content professionally.
- Optimism, stress resilience, and adaptability to changing circumstances.
