What you will do

• Own and define the strategic product roadmap for the marketing platform across multiple regions.
• Lead product discovery and delivery using modern product management practices.
• Drive commercial impact and client success through cross-functional team leadership.
• Maintain product performance monitoring and define key product KPIs.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and translate insights into validated product solutions.
• Mentor and develop product management skills within the team.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Ireland or England
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketing.
• Experience with agile development and cross-functional team leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision making and commercial KPI tracking.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with high autonomy.
