What you will do

• Build truly distributed cloud-native applications using a modern technology stack.
• Develop products that involve Agentic AI functionality (Chat, dashboards, langraph, rag, etc.).
• Design, build, and scale systems that will be used by millions of people.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for feature development and collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineering teams.

Requirements

• BSc/BEng or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Backend: Proficiency in Java (version 17 or higher), Python, or Node.js; experience building, maintaining, and optimising scalable APIs and microservices.
• Frontend: Solid understanding of modern front-end technologies, especially React and TypeScript; experience designing and delivering intuitive user interfaces.
• Cloud-Native: Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, ideally with practical experience in AWS or comparable cloud platforms; comfortable with Docker and Kubernetes or ECS.
• Growth Mindset: A naturally curious mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn, adapt, and stay abreast of emerging technologies, especially for agentic AI solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of Java frameworks such as Micronaut or Spring.
• Practical experience working with distributed data technologies, for example, Apache Kafka.
• Hands-on experience integrating with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, evaluation, and observability.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools (such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog).
• Experience with security best practices in cloud-native applications or designing multi-tenant systems.
• Previous involvement in agile development teams.
