TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Business Partner (SaaS): Driving the full recruitment lifecycle and influencing product development for a talent management suite with an accent on process optimization, stakeholder training, and data-driven reporting. Focus on translating real-world user feedback into tangible product improvements and scaling company growth.

Location: Hybrid, preferred two days in the office in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Work from anywhere for 4 weeks per year.

Salary: €4,000–€5,000 per month

What you will do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a dedicated portfolio of roles, from sourcing to closing.
  • Analyze, design, and implement improved, automated Talent Acquisition workflows utilizing the platform's capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training and documentation for hiring managers on best practices and ATS use.
  • Act as the primary internal consultant, gathering user feedback on TA tooling to influence product development.
  • Track key TA metrics and leverage data from the platform to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote employer branding and create compelling job descriptions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS/Tech environment.
  • Deep practical experience with an ATS/Recruitment CRM, understanding how to configure and leverage these tools.
  • Proven track record of owning and successfully closing complex and high-volume roles.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence and train senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with using recruitment data to inform strategy and identify workflow improvements.
  • Fluency in English (required).

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Dutch is an advantage.
