Salary: $96,000–$120,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Lead project teams through the entire project lifecycle, from sales support to closing.
• Drive the adoption of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external executive sponsors and key customers.
• Translate client requirements, objectives, and goals into a comprehensive project plan.
• Define and manage the scope, schedule, budget, and resources for sophisticated projects.
• Lead Steering Committee meetings and handle difficult conversations with C-level partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in project management.
• Professional experience in enterprise-class SaaS software implementations.
• Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Prior external client-facing experience.
• Understanding of project commercials, including SOWs, budgeting, and resourcing.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in Financial Services, Technology Implementations, or Consulting.
• PMP and CSM certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce/FinancialForce, Jira, Confluence.
• Previous experience in investment management software implementations.
