What you will do
- Own the end-to-end RFP response process, from initial intake through submission and follow-up.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams to gather accurate responses.
- Write, edit, and refine proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Partner closely with Legal team members to ensure accurate representation of contractual terms, SLAs, and liability provisions.
- Continuously improve RFP response processes, tools, and timelines, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity industries.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder RFP responses.
- Experience working with or within legal departments on commercial contracts and agreements.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA), and enterprise software procurement processes.

- Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software companies.
- Knowledge of common security frameworks and certifications (FedRAMP, NIST).
- Proficiency with proposal management tools (RFPIO, Loopio) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Law, Communications, or related field preferred; professional certifications in proposal management (APMP) are a plus.
