Salary: $105,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead technical onboarding and integration for new merchants, providing configuration and implementation support.
  • Conduct data integration, platform configuration, and business process mapping tailored to merchant needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to influence solution design and roadmap based on partner feedback.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for existing merchants adopting new products or expanding implementations.
  • Develop reusable code and tools to streamline support and implementation engineering tasks.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve critical escalations and ensure smooth merchant onboarding.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with API-based solution implementation and support.
  • Experience with web and mobile integrations; knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, and JavaScript for issue diagnosis.
  • Ability to map and transform client data into complex platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Background in payments, fintech, or related industries.
  • Experience working directly with merchants or enterprise clients in technical consulting roles.
