What you will do
- Lead technical onboarding and integration for new merchants, providing configuration and implementation support.
- Conduct data integration, platform configuration, and business process mapping tailored to merchant needs.
- Collaborate with Product Management to influence solution design and roadmap based on partner feedback.
- Provide ongoing technical support for existing merchants adopting new products or expanding implementations.
- Develop reusable code and tools to streamline support and implementation engineering tasks.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve critical escalations and ensure smooth merchant onboarding.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with API-based solution implementation and support.
- Experience with web and mobile integrations; knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, and JavaScript for issue diagnosis.
- Ability to map and transform client data into complex platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
