What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile and SAFe best practices.
• Partner with RTEs, Product Owners, and other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and support ART-level events.
• Contribute to Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning, Iteration Planning, and Inspect & Adapt activities.
• Ensure backlog readiness, sprint execution, and adherence to Definition of Done and Ready.
• Remove impediments, track team progress, and support continuous improvement.
• Promote strong collaboration, communication, and transparency across teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX, USA
• Strong knowledge of SAFe principles and solid understanding of the SDLC.
• Proven experience partnering with RTEs, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher) required
