What you will do

• Manage delivery of a portfolio of AI and data science projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to manage dependencies and clarify requirements.
• Lead agile ceremonies including scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Translate AI capabilities into actionable project requirements for stakeholders.
• Manage project complexity including budget, timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years experience in a technical field including academic, research, or professional environments.
• 4+ years managing technical projects in Agile environments.
• 2+ years managing data science or AI projects.
• Strong English proficiency (B2+) assumed as job is in English.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience communicating technical details to executive-level audiences.
• Leadership skills in driving accountability and fostering collaboration.
