What you will do
- Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Outbound prospect into net-new customers and close new business across the DACH region.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including sales meetings, product demos, and negotiations.
- Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Understand and convey the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
- Become an expert in managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce, including quote creation and order processing.
Requirements
- 2+ Years of experience in infrastructure technology sales
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement (top 10% performer)
- Excellent communicator across all channels (in person, online, in writing)
- Fluent in English & German (both written and spoken)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with open source technology
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC
