TL;DR

Commercial Account Executive (Acquisition): Prospecting and closing new business across the DACH region for Grafana's infrastructure technology products, with an accent on a consultative sales approach and articulating product value. Focus on managing the entire sales process from outbound prospecting and product demos to proposals and negotiations, while exceeding sales goals.

Location: Remote (Germany)

Salary: €144,250 – €180,250 OTE

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Outbound prospect into net-new customers and close new business across the DACH region.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including sales meetings, product demos, and negotiations.
  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Understand and convey the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
  • Become an expert in managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce, including quote creation and order processing.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience in infrastructure technology sales
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement (top 10% performer)
  • Excellent communicator across all channels (in person, online, in writing)
  • Fluent in English & German (both written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with open source technology
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC
