What you will do

  • Lead global compensation strategy, job evaluation, promotional processes, and pay-equity initiatives.
  • Run compensation analytics and ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Oversee global benefits administration and vendor management across multiple countries.
  • Manage statutory and company programs ensuring compliance and smooth coordination.
  • Build dashboards and reports on compensation trends, headcount, and workforce insights.
  • Support People Operations and collaborate with Payroll, PBPs, TA, and Finance on reward decisions and employee lifecycle processes.

Requirements

  • Location: Kraków, Poland with hybrid work format.
  • Fluent in Polish and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, and People Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Directive and multi-country environment experience.
  • Proven ability to manage salary structures, compensation policies, and performance review cycles.
  • Strong data analytics skills including Excel and Power BI.

Nice to have

  • Experience in LATAM markets.
  • Understanding of equity administration.
  • Experience with system implementation, process improvement, and automation.
