What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team managing the full lifecycle of Marketplace customers including onboarding, integration, and ongoing support.
- Develop and standardize best practices for partner integration, optimization, and performance benchmarking.
- Serve as a technical consultant for strategic partners, leading solutioning and technical discussions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategy, launch new capabilities, and improve customer experience.
- Maintain and update documentation, playbooks, and operational tools to enhance team efficiency.
- Manage escalations and support operational tasks including performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in New York, USA
- 7+ years in ad tech with experience in SSP, DSP, or related platforms in a senior technical role.
- 2-3+ years of leadership or coaching experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Open RTB, REST APIs, SQL, JSON, and Kafka.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing large cross-functional projects globally.
Nice to have
- Buy side and campaign optimization knowledge.
- Familiarity with Kafka and data streaming technologies.
- Experience with BI tools like Looker and Redash.
- Automation and scripting experience.
