Location: This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of our Tokyo Hub.

What you will do
- Communicate with existing customers via email, Zoom, and Ironclad regarding hirify.global’s platform and pricing.
- Close inbound sales requests for expanding subscriptions.
- Manage inbound billing requests, including processing renewals and changing payment terms/methods.
- Close targeted outbound account renewals.
- Qualify and handle inbound sales requests.
- Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns maximizing expansion and retention across products.
Requirements
- Desire to build a career in Sales, with a path towards Senior Inside Sales Representative and Account Executive roles.
- Strong technical aptitude to learn new products, processes, and policies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams (Sales, Support, Billing, Marketing).
- Native-level Japanese fluency required.
- High-fluency English required.

- B2B SaaS experience.
- Customer-facing Sales or Support experience.
