What you will do
- Drive new business through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns
- Manage the full sales cycle and maintain an active pipeline of prospects
- Communicate fluently in Japanese and English with clients
- Act as a subject matter expert on hirify.global products and updates
- Utilize Salesforce to track pipeline and account activity
- Facilitate proposal reviews and collaborate with sales teams
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Japanese and English
- 3+ years of software sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience selling identity access management and privileged access management solutions
- Proficiency with Salesforce and web-conference demos
- Ability to work onsite in Tokyo, Japan
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-oriented skills
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree
- Cybersecurity or information security industry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
