What you will do
- Own and manage renewal opportunities across assigned customer accounts in Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments
- Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders to align hirify.global’s solutions with their business objectives
- Lead renewal cycles end-to-end, ensuring timely closure and growth
- Meet or exceed renewal targets by maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Negotiate renewal terms and pricing to align customer needs with business objectives
- Partner cross-functionally to streamline renewal processes and identify expansion opportunities
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Tokyo, Japan
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience in renewals, account management, or inside sales, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (native) and English (high fluency)
- Comfort with complex deal structures and multi-org accounts involving procurement, finance, and legal stakeholders
- Technical aptitude and curiosity to learn hirify.global’s platform and sales processes
Nice to have
- Experience using Salesforce, Ironclad, or similar tools for managing renewals and deal workflows
- Familiarity with SaaS subscription models and renewal metrics (GRR, NRR, expansion rate)
