What you will do

- Develop strong communication channels and foster trust and collaboration with partners.
- Hold regular partner meetings to review performance and identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate with third parties to expand the network continuously.
- Analyze partner performance data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner experience and unlock new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset.
- Experience with CRM tools and managing multiple priorities.
Nice to have
