TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of professional firms and SMEs, building solid and trustworthy relationships.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within each account: adoption of new features, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for each client, understanding their challenges and aligning solutions with business objectives.
  • Ensure customer success throughout the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to advanced adoption.
  • Coordinate product onboardings with the team and the client, ensuring smooth setup and first steps.
  • Analyze usage and activity data to anticipate risks, identify improvements, and propose strategic actions.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in consultative sales in SaaS environments.
  • Experience or knowledge in tax, accounting, or professional firm environments is highly valued.
  • Impeccable communication skills, including clarity, empathy, and ability to influence.
  • Experience with CRM and pipeline management, along with an interest in data analysis.
  • Strong business orientation, capable of finding opportunities and translating needs into growth.
  • High proactivity and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
