Senior Partner Manager

Salary: $144,000 - $180,000 annually

What you will do

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms and brokerages.
• Manage and nurture partnerships throughout their lifecycle.
• Implement and enhance collaborative marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, and content dissemination.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to drive channel referral growth.
• Organize and manage partnership campaigns with clear communication of features and benefits.
• Train and enable partners on current and future tech-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
• 5-7+ years of experience in partnership roles.
• Strong understanding and connections in the private equity landscape.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) and strong research skills.
• Experience in HR or FinTech companies and fast-growing startups.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
