- Own the full sales cycle for SMB prospects to achieve revenue targets.

- Lead pricing and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Requirements
- At least one year of B2B sales experience with proven success in new business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and discovery skills, including frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC.
- Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proactive in outbound prospecting and building a sales pipeline.
- Ability to manage multiple deals effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
