What you will do

• Drive business development by discovering new technologies, partners, and supporting pre-sales activities for end-to-end solutions.
• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to C-level executives, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale consulting projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
• Provide thought leadership on cloud platforms, enterprise applications, infrastructure modernization, and emerging technologies.
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, fostering collaboration, mentoring junior consultants, and building practice capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 5 years in project leadership roles.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects involving applications and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP), enterprise architecture, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred; Agile/SAFe experience a plus.
