What you will do

• Build relationships and influence web product, design, and engineering leads to shape website strategy and roadmaps
• Measure outcomes and develop success metrics through analysis and experimentation
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to understand website impact on commercial performance
• Drive improvements in data science tools and infrastructure
• Mentor and support junior data scientists

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with at least three days per week in London office
• Proven experience influencing web team roadmaps and optimizing website performance using AB testing
• Strong familiarity with Google Analytics and excellent SQL skills
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Desire to mentor others and share best practices
• Growth mindset and strong ownership
