What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed revenue targets.
- Drive execution across the full sales funnel ensuring strong conversion rates.
- Monitor team KPIs and maintain scalable performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve sales cycles.
- Manage pipeline coverage and forecasting accuracy aligned with growth plans.
- Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and report to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager leading B2B outbound sales teams
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, funnel metrics, and forecasting models.
- Strong pipeline management and sales forecasting skills.
- Proven coaching ability to develop sales talent and improve performance.
- High competency with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms like Gong is a plus.
