What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive execution across the full sales funnel ensuring strong conversion rates.
  • Monitor team KPIs and maintain scalable performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve sales cycles.
  • Manage pipeline coverage and forecasting accuracy aligned with growth plans.
  • Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and report to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager leading B2B outbound sales teams
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making, funnel metrics, and forecasting models.
  • Strong pipeline management and sales forecasting skills.
  • Proven coaching ability to develop sales talent and improve performance.
  • High competency with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms like Gong is a plus.
