What you will do

• Create accessible and engaging content based on user behaviour, data, and research
• Build and manage web pages using Contentful CMS
• Write blogs and articles supporting SEO for Funeralcare
• Plan and facilitate content reviews and monitor content performance
• Participate in user research sessions and share knowledge in community practices
• Champion good content design principles across the organisation

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Manchester, UK
• English: Job posting in English, minimum B2 level assumed
• Experience in content design or UX writing creating accessible content
• Ability to use CMS and coordinate content production
• Understanding of information architecture and SEO principles
• Collaboration and relationship-building skills

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing and measuring design impacts
• Knowledge and awareness of AI opportunities in content creation
