What you will do

• Support test planning, execution, and documentation across various workstreams.
• Assist in creating automated test scripts within modern frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Contribute to end-to-end functional testing, agent interaction, and workflow validation.
• Execute contract tests and report defects clearly in Jira.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.
• Maintain test cases, contribute to regression cycles, and help improve testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Some exposure to test automation or software testing principles.
• Familiarity with at least one framework such as Selenium, Cypress or Playwright.
• Basic programming skills in Python, Java or TypeScript.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.
• Awareness of API testing and modern QA practices.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AWS, Azure or cloud-based testing environments.
• Understanding of contract testing or performance testing fundamentals.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Interest in AI-powered testing tools and modern automation methods.
